A clear agreement
for focused creative work.
These terms describe the DoubleDash Founding Partnership. Read them with the creative brief and the provider details shown at checkout and on your receipt. Your application is reviewed before checkout. Applying does not charge your card.
The initial commitment is US$9,000 across three monthly payments. Membership then renews monthly. The US$3,000 monthly creative-service rate is locked for 12 months from membership start. Media spend is separate.
1. Starting the partnership
Your application provides the information needed for a fit review. Acceptance is subject to the proposed app, creative interaction, available assets, advertising account and network requirements. A saved application or fit approval alone is not a payment confirmation.
Before paying, confirm that the provider identified at Stripe checkout is the business you intend to engage. Membership and the first production cycle start only after the required payment is verified. You confirm that you have authority to act for the company in your application.
2. The monthly creative scope
Each paid monthly production cycle covers one app and the following defined outputs:
- A focused creative brief and three distinct creative directions.
- One playable built from the direction you select.
- Four bounded variants of that playable, such as changes to copy, colour, the opening hook or call to action.
- One consolidated revision round to the selected playable.
- One agreed advertising-network format.
A new app, core interaction, substantial redesign, additional network format, extra revision round or other work outside this scope requires a separate written agreement. Unused output from a cycle does not automatically expand a later cycle’s scope.
3. Briefs, assets and your review
You provide accurate product information, a working app listing and the logos, screenshots, copy, brand guidance and other assets needed for production. You must own these materials or have permission to use them in advertising. Do not provide personal or confidential customer data as creative source material.
The intended format and production schedule are agreed in your brief. Timelines depend on receiving usable assets, consolidated feedback and your approvals. You select a concept and review the playable before variants and delivery. Additional changes after approval may need a separate scope.
AI tools and agents may assist research, concept development and production. Work remains subject to real production review, quality checks and your approval. A job status or generated preview is not a guarantee of a completed deliverable.
4. Fees, renewal and the price lock
The creative service costs US$3,000 per month, with a minimum of three monthly payments totalling US$9,000. The payments are collected monthly through Stripe. This is a three-payment commitment, followed by monthly renewal; it is not a one-month trial.
Your US$3,000 monthly rate is locked for 12 months from your membership start. Any applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. Advertising spend, publisher payments and out-of-scope work are separate and are not included in this creative fee. Any separately proposed work needs your agreement before it is charged.
Payment status is confirmed from Stripe’s verified records. A return from checkout, an application receipt or a test-mode transaction does not establish that a live payment was made. If a payment fails, is disputed or is refunded, production may be placed on hold while the issue is resolved.
5. Advertising accounts and performance
You are responsible for your advertising account, media buying budget, audience selection and campaign settings unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Your account and creative remain subject to the relevant network’s review and rules. Network approval is not guaranteed.
The partnership does not include guaranteed publisher inventory, media delivery, installs, subscriptions, revenue or return on ad spend. We agree a creative test plan; actual performance also depends on the campaign, audience, measurement setup and your app experience.
6. Creative materials and usage
You retain ownership of the assets you supply. For paid deliverables, you may use the delivered creative to advertise the app covered by the agreed brief, subject to any third-party rights disclosed with those materials.
DoubleDash retains its pre-existing tools, reusable code, production systems and general methods. This offer does not promise exclusive intellectual-property ownership, an assignment of all underlying software, or that AI-assisted output is exclusive. Any different ownership arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation and service concerns
You can request cancellation from your private partner page. It is scheduled for the later of the end of the three-payment minimum term and the end of your current monthly period. The actual effective date is confirmed there. Services continue through the applicable paid period, subject to payment and any agreed hold.
If work is not delivered as agreed, or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the partner team through your private page so the issue can be reviewed. Cancellation does not remove any remedy, refund or other right that applicable law gives you.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, statutory rights to a remedy remain available. See the ACCC’s consumer rights guidance.
8. Access and communication
Your private partner page contains your application, billing status, service cycles, review links and messages. Keep private access links secure. DoubleDash may issue a one-time recovery link after verifying your access with the partner team.
Messages submitted on the partner page are saved for review. The service does not promise that an email has been sent unless it explicitly confirms an actual email delivery. Return to your partner page for recorded status changes and next steps.
Your application and production information are used to assess, provide and administer this partnership. Stripe handles checkout and payment details; your card details should not be submitted in application fields or partner messages.
9. Changes and the agreed scope
The accepted terms version is recorded with your application. The stated founding rate and initial payment commitment are not changed retroactively by editing this page. A material change to your agreed service scope or commercial commitment requires a clear agreement with you. The 12-month price lock does not itself commit you to 12 monthly payments.
Questions about these terms or a proposed brief can be raised with your partner team before checkout. Keep a copy of the accepted terms, checkout details and your receipt.
